Meet Nick Amp

Beyond my commercial work, I also have a strong commitment to helping and inspiring other creatives in the industry.

I thrive on sharing knowledge and encouraging others to pursue their creative dreams.

As an adventure photographer and filmmaker, I go to great lengths. I brave sub-zero mountain peaks and endure scorching deserts to get the perfect shot.

Early Inspirations

My journey into visual storytelling began at 14 with a GoPro Hero 4.

What began as filming high school sports grew into a true love for video production.

As I improved my skills, my work got noticed. This led to me becoming the official sports videographer for my school.

My passion first took root in high school, where I captured the thrilling moments of sporting events. My work quickly gained recognition and was featured in the local newspaper as a student photographer. My career took a significant leap forward when I became the sports photographer and videographer for my alma mater, documenting games, events, and Hall of Fame banquets.

From Local to Commercial Success

I live near the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The landscapes around me inspire my work. I’ve worked with well-known clients like Ariat International and Clovis Unified School District.

I’ve created commercials, documentaries, and branded content. I’ve worked in the outdoor, sports, and healthcare industries.
